Shipping policy

We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 business hours. After your order is shipped an email with a trackable link will be sent to the email you provided.

Please note once your order has left our facility it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. In the rare situation that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we ask that you file a complaint directly with the carrier.

Further, we cannot guarantee your package will be left at your front door. On occasion, your package will be delivered to your closest Post Office for pick up. If you choose not to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will give you a refund minus the taxes, cost of shipping and a ten-dollar restocking fee.

As well, if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be given a refund minus taxes, shipping and a ten-dollar restocking fee. Note that the refund will be issued once your order has been received back to our facilities by the carrier.

FREE Shipping* is available on orders over $80 (before taxes and after all discounts). If your order is less than $80 applicable shipping charges will apply.

Exceptions to the above are Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.  A fee will be charged to ship to these locations. You can get a quote for shipping prior to purchasing through the grocery cart process.

We reserve the right to correct any and all errors through the use of coupons versus sending or re-sending product(s).
